In “GAME”, Sonomiya and her two friends together play a game where they lure some poor mark and try to get him arrested. But what happens when one of those marks turns the game on them and they start to enjoy it? Will they earn their set achievements? Or will their game tear their friendship apart?
A veteran of the manga industry for seven years, Higenamuchi has created works for major publishers such as Hakusensha and Wani Magazine. As the winner of the 27th Kairakuten New Manga King Award, Higenamuchi’s art is known for soft bodied, minimalist characters that makes the reader feel warm and enticed.
While under the editorial supervision of Wani Magazine Higenamuchi developed numerous stories for their X-Eros and Kairakuten lines since 2010, Misdirection is the third published book from the beloved artist.
Manga are graphic novels originating from Japan. The term is used in Japan to refer to both comics and cartooning. Outside of Japan, the word is typically used to refer to comics originally published in the country.
